This statement has been prepared to help people with disabilities and physical impairment to assess whether these premises will be accessible to them. 

• A self catering bungalow on a generally level site.

• The bungalow is adjacent to a tarmacked road.

•  Access to the bungalow is by a concrete path to a level patio.

•  Entrance to the property is via one step approximately 20 cms high. A ramp can be provided from the site office if required.

•  All doors are approximately 75cms wide.

•  An audio smoke detector is fitted which has self test facility.

•  The bath has grab handles on both sides and has a temperature controlled shower unit. A non-slip mat is available.

•  Guide dogs are welcome

• Access to the beach is via a steep slipway or flight of steps.

•  The Lymington to Yarmouth ferry is approximately 5 Kms away.

•  Taxis are usually available
