Brambles Chine is one of a large number of single story,
semi detached, mainly self catering bungalows situated on
a relatively even site overlooking the Solent.

This
property is set back approximately 15m from a tarmaced
access road with a single concrete parking space between
and a concrete access path to the bungalow door.

Access
into the bungalow is via a single 74cm width door over a
lipped single step all set within a standard glass and
plastic facia. A ramp for use is available on request from
the site office for persons using a wheelchair. Internally
the accommodation is on one level.

the bathroom there is a hair wash shower attachment over
the bath.

The
Site and Immediate locality:

Vehicular
access is from an unadopted lane is poor condition
although the site roads are fully tarmaced.

This
lane is the only pedestrian access from the main road and
is some 1.2Km distant. A bus stop is situated at the
junction of the land and the main road.

Access
to the sand and pebble beach is either by steep steps set
in the cliff at one end of the site or down a steep
concrete ramp at the other.

There
is a small on site shop which keeps limited hours in the
season access to which is over a step. Local shops are in
Freshwater some 5 Kms distant.

The
Lymington to Yarmouth Car Ferry is some 5 Km distant and
taxis are usually available for those travelling by foot.
There are also car ferry terminals at Fishbourne (to
Portsmouth) and Cowes (to Southampton) whilst there is a
passenger ferry and a hovercraft service operating between
Ryde and Portsmouth.
