The bungalow

Brambles Chine is located on Linstone Chine Holiday Park. It
is a self catering, fully furnished bungalow, located on a
mostly open and level site.

The
site has a series of access roads & car parking areas;
these are well lit at night.

From
a tarmac access road, entrance to 169 is via a slightly uneven
concrete path, edged by grass, of approx. 15 metres in length
& approx. 0.75 metre wide, this path narrows to approx.
0.5 metre alongside the property due to 2 service meter boxes
attached to the property wall. This path leads onto a large
patio area, from which entrance is gained.

Entrance
is by a standard, outward opening door & small step from
the patio.

Brambles Chine has not
been adapted for wheelchair use, it has standard size internal
doors, all electrical sockets are at low level & the
kitchen is of a standard construction, the bathroom has a
standard suite with a shower over a bath.

Audible
alarms are fitted for Smoke & Carbon Monoxide detection.

Pets
are not allowed, but Guide dogs etc. are welcome.

Beach
access is very limited, either by steep steps or by a steeply
sloped concrete slipway.

Chine Holiday Park is approx 5Km from the ferry terminal at
Yarmouth where Bus and Taxi services are available.

The
Bus stop is at the entrance to Monks Lane.

Linstone
Chine Holiday Park is situated approx 1.2 Km along an
unadopted road (Monks Lane) this road is in a poor condition.
