This statement has been prepared to help people with disabilities and physical impairment to assess whether these premises will be accessible to them. 

The Bungalow:

• Brambles Chine no: 170 is a Holiday Bungalow on a level area. The site has a reception, shop (hours of opening may vary according to season) and pay launderette

• Staff are happy to be of assist during normal working hours but are not specially trained in dealing with specific needs.

• The site is approx 4km from Yarmouth vehicle/passenger ferry terminal Taxis are usually available, bus stop some 800 m, journey about 10 mins then a walk of 10/l5mins to site. Vehicular access to site via an unadopted road. There is a small shop, on site, for everyday needs with Freshwater village some 7 mins by car.

• The bungalow is adjacent to Tarmaced road with car parking at rear of property. Access to front door is via a short concrete pathway alongside of bungalow. There is a step in doorway, a wheelchair ramp is available on request. Door width is 74cms

• There is an audio smoke alarm.

• The bungalow is level inside and has a shower over the bath. There are no other facilities other than those specified.

• We are sorry but pets! animals are not allowed.

Getting There:

• Access to beach is via very steep steps.

• There are large outdoor grassed areas but no special facilities are available for disabled persons
