The bungalow

Brambles Chine is located on Linstone Chine Holiday Park. It
is a self catering, fully furnished bungalow, located on a
mostly open and level site.

The
site has a series of access roads and parking areas; These
are well lit at night. The bungalow has parking to the rear.

From
a tarmac access road to the rear parking, entrance to 38 is
via a slightly uneven concrete path, edged with grass it is
approx 15 metres long, This path leads on to a large patio
area, from which entrance is gained. Entrance is by a
standard, outward opening door and small step up into the
bungalow.

Brambles Chine has not been adapted for wheelchair
use, it has standard size internal doors, all electrical
sockets are low level and the kitchen is of standard
construction, the bathroom has a standard suite with a
shower over the bath.

There
are no stairs.

All
beds are at ground level. With no bunk beds.

Audible
alarms are fitted for smoke and carbon monoxide detection.

Pets
are not allowed, but guide dogs etc. are more than welcome

Beach
access is very limited, either by steep steps or a steep
concrete slipway.

Getting there

Linstone
Chine Holiday Park is approx 2 miles from Yarmouth ferry
port. With a regular service to Lymington,

Taxis,
and buses are available with a bus stop ¾ of a mile away.
Buses running to Newport, Freshwater and Yarmouth.

The
road leading to the estate is an un-adopted one, with speed
humps and in a poor condition.
