Brambles Chine is a self catering single storey bungalow
on a largely level site.

The
bungalow access is approximately 12 meters from car
parking area and road and is accessible over grass.

Access
to the bungalow is up one small step 22cm in height and
12cm down to the lounge area. A ramp can be provided for
the front door. The property is not fully adapted for
wheelchair access as the doorways are not the required
width. However the floors are all level and of the same
laminate covering.

Minimum
door width is 72cm (this is measured to the opening of the
door and shows the actual width for access).

The
kitchen work surfaces are 93cm in height and the tap is of
lever type.

The
bathroom has a bath 52cm in height with shower over and
the sink is 80cm tall with screw type taps.

The
bedrooms are not large enough for wheelchair to maneuver
around the beds.

We
are pleased to accept guide (service) dogs.

The
property is fitted with an audio smoke detector.

Access
to the beach is via steps or steep slipway.

The
nearest bus stop is approximately 1.2km away and access to
the site is via an unadopted road in poor condition with
pot holes and unmarked ramps.

The
Lymington ferry is approximately 5km away and taxis are
usually available.
