largely level site.

bungalow access is approximately 15 meters from a
tarmacked road with a concrete pathway to the front door.

Access
to the bungalow is up one step although a wheelchair ramp
can be provided on request. The property is not fully
adapted for wheelchair users.

Minimum
internal door width is 71 cms.

The
property has a step into the walk in shower cubicle.

The
bedrooms are not large enough for a wheelchair to
manoeuvre around the beds.

We
are please to accept guide dogs.

Access
to the beach is via steep steps or steep slipway.
Getting there
-
The
nearest bus stop is approximately 1.2km away and access to
the site is via an unadopted road, which is in poor
condition with potholes and unmarked ramps.

The
Lymington to Yarmouth ferry is approximately 5km away and
taxis are usually available.
