is a self catering, fully furnished bungalow, located on a
mostly open and level site.

site has a series of access roads & car parking areas;
these are well lit at night.

is adjacent to a tarmac access road, where car parking is
available.

is a disabled ramp leading to the front door which is
73cms wide and is the narrowest in the property.

Brambles Chine has not
been adapted for wheelchair use, the bathroom has a
standard bathroom suite with a shower over a bath and a
grab handle attached to the wall.

audible smoke alarm is fitted.

Pets
are not allowed, but Guide dogs etc. are welcome.

Beach
access is very limited, either by steep steps or by a
steeply sloped concrete slipway.

Linstone
Chine Holiday Park is approx 5Km from the ferry terminal
at Yarmouth where Bus and Taxi services are available.

Bus stop is at the entrance to Monks Lane
- Linstone
Chine Holiday Park is situated approx 1.2 Km along an
unadopted road (Monks Lane) this road is in a poor
condition.
