storey, and is approached across grass from a tarmac road.

to the bungalow is up one step, through a normal width
double glazed door which opens inwards.

property has a shower cubicle only
with shower (no bath)

Guide/hearing
dogs are very welcome.

The
property is fitted with a audio smoke alarm.

The
nearest bus stop is approximately 1km away and access to
the site is via an unadopted road which is sometimes in
poor condition. The nearest railway station is
approximately 30km away. The Lymington to Yarmouth ferry
port is approximately 5km away and taxis are usually
available.

There
is a Private beach but may be unsuitable for wheelchair
users due to access.
