The bungalow

End 2 is a self catering, single storey bungalow with
level access on a partly sloping site

The rear of the
bungalow is set back approximately 3 metres from a
tarmaced road where car parking is permitted. Access to
the patio door entrance is approximately 13 metres across
grass and paved patio.

Access to the
bungalow is up one step although a wheel chair ramp can be
provided on request. However the property is not fully
adapted for wheelchair users.

Minimum internal
door width is 30 inches/ 76cm.

The owner plans to
install a shower over the bath, with a safety handle
(early spring 2008)

We are pleased to
accept guide (service) dogs.

The
property is fitted with an audio smoke detector.
Getting there

The nearest bus
stop is approximately 1.2 Km away and access to the site
is via an unadopted road in poor condition. The nearest
railway station is approximately 30 Km away.

The Lymington to
Yarmouth ferry port is approximately 5Km away and taxis
are usually available.

Access to the local
beach is via steep steps.
