m from the bungalow, which has level access. Staff are

Vehicular access to the site is via an unadopted road,
which, is in variable condition up to the Brambles Chine
section of the site. From there on the road is tarmaced
and slopes gently up.

The site has a small shop for everyday needs and an access
ramp can be supplied on request; the approach however is
over an untarmaced surface. The same access leads to a
coin-operated launderette. Staff are available to assist
during normal working hours.
-
The bungalow is set back approximately 5 meters
from a tarmaced road, with access across grass (sloping
up slightly) and a patio. Car parking is on this road, in
front of the bungalow.
Access to the bungalow is through a wide sliding door,
over a small ridge (in which the door slides).
-
The bungalow is level within. There is an audio smoke
alarm.
There is a shower over the bath, and a grab rail on the
wall by the bath.
No special facilities other than those indicated are
provided.
-
Pets are not accepted with the exception of guide dogs.
-
There is a large outdoor leisure area although no special
facilities are available for disabled guests. Access to
the beech is via a steep slipway and steps. Transport to
local entertainment facilities is available in the evening
in high season. Folded wheelchairs can be carried.
