from the cliff overlooking the Solent Channel and Hurst
Castle.

The bungalow is in
a sheltered position that catches the morning sun and
overlooks farmland. It is adjacent to the coastal
footpath.

Car-parking is on a
tarred area 20 metres from the property with level access
over a lawned area onto a patio.

Entrance to the
bungalow is via a wide sliding door over a 150 mm. (6
inches) step, without a ramp, into an open plan
lounge/dining/kitchen area. Access to the bathroom/toilet
and sleeping area is through a standard doorway leading
from the lounge.

The bungalow is
level and has a shower over the bath, with no special
facilities for those with disabilities.

There are several
large grassed areas on the site. Pedestrian access to the
local beach is by steep wooden steps.

The whole site is
well illuminated with night security lighting.

Visitors’ pets
are not allowed except for guide dogs.
